摘    要:超疏水技术是一项新型的腐蚀防护技术,在金属基合金表面构筑超疏水膜能有效地抑制金属和合金材料发生腐蚀。介绍了金属基合金表面超疏水膜的构筑方法,重点分析了超疏水膜对金属合金基体耐蚀性能的影响,最后总结了超疏水技术近年来的发展,及其存在的技术障碍。

Research Progress on Construction and Corrosion Performance of Superhydrophobic Film on Surface of Metal Based Alloys
Abstract:As a new kind of technique for corrosion protection,superhydrophobic film on the surface of metal based alloys can inhibit the corrosion of metal and alloy effectively.The construction methods of superhydrophobic film on the surface of metal based alloys are summarized.Then the effects of superhydrophobic film on corrosion resistance of metal based alloys are analyzed emphatically.At last,the development of superhydrophobic technique in recent years and the existed technical barriers are concluded.
