爆炸荷载下圆截面钢-混凝土- CFRP -混凝土组合柱动力响应数值模拟

摘    要:为研究爆炸荷载作用下 CFRP 管厚度对 SCCC 组合柱动力响应的影响,采用非线性有限元软件ANSYS/LS - DYNA 建立不同厚度 CFRP 管的 SCCC 组合柱、空气和炸药有限元模型,爆炸荷载对 SCCC 组合柱的作用采用多物质流固耦合法实现。数值模拟发现,与无 CFRP 管的柱对比,SCCC 组合柱的测点位移明显减小,钢管及核心混凝土失效的单元明显减少,且随着 CFRP 管厚度的增加,SCCC 组合柱测点移时程曲线分布逐渐变密。结果表明,CFRP 管可以有效的减小 SCCC 组合柱在爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应;随着 CFRP 管厚度的增加,新增加的 CFRP 对 SCCC 组合柱抗爆性能提高的作用逐渐减弱。

Numerical Simulation on Dynamic Response of Circular Steel - concrete - CFRP - concrete Composite Columns Under Blast Loading
Abstract:In order to study the influence of the thickness of CFRP tube on the dynamic response of SCCC composite columns under blast loading ,the nonlinear finite element software ANSYS/LY - DYNA was used to establish the finite element model of SCCC composite columns with different thickness of CFRP tube ,air and explosive .The method of mul-tiple substances fluid solid coupling was adopted to simulate the blast loading on SCCC composite columns .The results of numerical simulation showed that compared to the column without CFRP tube ,the displacements of the measured points of SCCC composite columns obviously decreased .The failure of steel tube as well as the core concrete decreased obvious-ly .And with the increased thickness of CFRP tube ,the distribution of displacement time history curves at measured points got closer .The results show that CFRP tube can effectively reduce the dynamic response of SCCC composite col-umn under blast loading .However ,with the increase of the thickness of CFRP tube ,the impact of additional thickness on the dynamic response of the SCCC composite columns is more and more weak .
