X射线诱变选育嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌及其对难处理金矿浸出的研究

摘    要:为了探讨嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,At.f)经X射线诱变后对难处理金矿的预氧化效果和金浸出率的影响,采用不同剂量的X射线诱变处理At.f,通过微生物学方法和相关指标的测定,获得优良的At.f菌株。结果显示,经X射线辐照至吸收剂量为450 Gy时,At.f对Fe的浸出率达50.24%,矿石预氧化效果比原始菌株提高44%,金浸出率可达86.68%,是直接氰化时金浸出率的2.1倍。X射线能使At.f发生明显变异,使诱变菌的氧化活性、对难处理金矿的预氧化效果和金浸出率均得到提高。

Study on breeding Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans induced by X-ray irradiation and bioleaching of refractory gold ore
Abstract:To study the influence ofAcidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(At.f)mutated by X-ray on thebiooxidation and bioleaching of refractory gold ores, X-ray was used to irradiateAt.fstrains at different doses, and more efficient strains were screened by microbiology methods and the measurement of relevant indicators. Compared with the original strain, the bioleaching ratio of iron by the mutants after irradiation at 450 Gy was 50.24%, namely 44% increased, and the bioleaching ratio of gold reached 86.68%-two folds than gold direct cyanidation leaching. It is proved that X-ray irradiation is an outstanding way to breed mutants of high bioleaching ratio of iron and goldstrains of At.f.
