| 摘 要： | 分析了管理格式化信息的3种方法特点，Word文档元素和Visual Basic对象；提出了用数据库、文档模板、OLE2和VBA相结合的格式化信息管理技术，并用教学教务管理系统中格式化信息管理实例说明了这种方法的实现过程和信息流程关系；最后，总结了这种基于软件构件思想的格式化信息管理方法的特点和应用前景。

| Abstract: | The features ofthree methods for formatted information, the word document elements and Visual Basic objects are analyzed: then, a formatted information management method using database, model documents. OLE2 and VBA (Visual Basic for Application) techniques is present, and a real management example of formatted information in the education and educational administration s~tem is used to show the process and the information flow ofthis method: at last, the features and prospects of the formatted information management method based on software components are summarized. |
