| 摘 要： | 介绍一般数控主轴设计过程,通过TH5650A主轴部件设计中主轴和轴承的设计选用实例,推导出相关的计算公式;进行了结构尺寸的设计;计算了轴承寿命及温升有关的轴承动摩擦扭矩,校核了刚度、精度、转速及寿命。
