基于ANSYS的斗轮堆取料机行走驱动轴动态分析

摘    要:采用有限元软件ANSYS对斗轮堆取料机行走驱动轴进行建模,采用2种不同的边界约束进行模态分析,即把轴承分别看作刚性约束与弹性约束,计算结果表明,边界条件的不同处理对驱动轴的模态分析结果影响很大,为了提高计算的精度,有必要根据实际情况确定边界条件。2种边界方法处理得到轴的临界转速均远大于轴的实际转速,行走部分不会因共振而出现"啃轨"现象。

Abstract:Using finite element software ANSYS,bucket wheel stacker reclaimer to walk driveshaft modeling,using two different boundary constraints to modal analysis,that is,the bearings were constrained as rigid and flexible constraints,the calculation results show that the boundary conditions different treatments on the driveshaft of the great influence on the results of modal analysis,in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation,it is necessary to determine the boundary conditions according to actual situation.2-China border approach to get the shaft critical speeds are much greater than the actual shaft speed,walking part of the resonance will not be a "skew" phenomenon
