摘    要:简单介绍了掘进机截齿的截割机理,基于ANSYS分析软件建立截齿的有限元模型,对截齿不同角度工况进行有限元分析,得出截齿工作时最易受损的位置以及安装角度对截齿磨损性能的影响。为掘进机截割头的设计和优化提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Simply introduced the cutting mechanism of the roadheader bit,established the finite element modal of the bit based on the ANSYS analyzing soft,analyzed the stress of the bit under different angle working condition.Obtained the most wear position of the bit and the bit wear influence under different mounting angle,and provided the certain theory basis for the roadheader cutting head design and the optimization.
