| 摘 要： | 通过对矿井瓦斯泵泵轴磨损的原因进行分析,得出泵轴轴径和轴承内圈发生的纹状磨损为蠕动磨损,在泵轴轴径上类似划痕的凹坑为蠕动磨损积聚一定程度后发生的磨损物压溃导致。分析认为润滑不良继而引起轴承发热,轴承内圈膨胀是这次事故的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The reason of pump axle abrasion of the mine gas drainage pump was analyzed in this paper.The stripe shape happened between the diameters of pump axle and the bearing inner race is called peristalsis wear,the scallops on the diameters of pump axle like scratches was caused by squeezed and collapsed of wear off of the substance of the pump axle.The main reason of this malfunction is the bearing inner race expansion caused by pump axle heat,which is caused by poor lubrication. |
