摘    要:摩擦式提升机是利用摩擦轮上摩擦衬垫与钢丝绳之间摩擦力的作用来传递动力,从而实现选调重物沿井筒上下往复运动的目的。国内钢丝绳因生产技术及工艺存在差异,钢丝绳在遇温度变化或自身疲劳伸长等因素下伸缩量不尽相同,易造成提升容器不平位,严重时会引发重大安全生产事故。此收绳工艺借用调绳器的自动平衡功用,采取"3+1施工法",大大降低了人员劳动强度,提高了安全可操作性,同时有效节约施工时间,为矿井安全生产提供了有力保障。

Abstract:Friction type hoist is a use of friction wheel liners and friction on the role of the friction between the wire rope to transfer power,so as to realize the lift and down weight along the wellbore reciprocating motion of purpose.Domestic wire rope for production technology and processing technology differences in temperature change of wire rope,or their own fatigue elongation factors such as expansion amount is endless and same,easy cause ascending vessel will trigger a rough,serious accidents in production.This charge is the rope technology use rope of automatic balance function,take "3+1 the rope method",and greatly reduce the labor intensity,increasing the safety operation,effectively at the same time,saves construction for mine production safety provides a powerful guarantee.
