多绳摩擦提升机采用“3+1”不起吊提升容器施工法的研究与推广

摩擦式提升机是利用摩擦轮上摩擦衬垫与钢丝绳之间摩擦力的作用来传递动力,从而实现选调重物沿井筒上下往复运动的目的。国内钢丝绳因生产技术及工艺存在差异,钢丝绳在遇温度变化或自身疲劳伸长等因素下伸缩量不尽相同,易造成提升容器不平位,严重时会引发重大安全生产事故。此收绳工艺借用调绳器的自动平衡功用,采取"3+1施工法",大大降低了人员劳动强度,提高了安全可操作性,同时有效节约施工时间,为矿井安全生产提供了有力保障。
