| 摘 要： | 随着综采工作面生产能力的快速提高,国内外刮板输送机都在向大运量、大运距、大功率、长寿命、高强度的方向发展。端卸式机头架已经难以满足刮板机发展的要求。经过不断地创新、改进,国内外重型刮板输送机的机头架均采用交叉侧卸机构,侧卸式机头架与端卸式机头架相比较,具有卸载能力及回煤效果好、使用寿命长、工作效率高等多方面优势。主要对侧卸式机头架的几点设计参数进行分析。

| Abstract: | With the fully mechanized coal mining face the rapid increase of production capacity,the direction of scraper conveyors both at home and abroad is large volume,large distance,high power,long life,high strength and direction.Terminal dumping machine head frame has been difficult to meet the requirements of the scraper’s development.Through constant innovation,improvement,domestic and foreign heavy duty scraper conveyor frame adopts cross side dumping mechanism,side dump type machine frame has dumping capacity and good effect of coal,long service life,high work efficiency and many advantages,compared with end dumping type machine frame.This paper focuses on some design parameters analysis of the side dump type machine head frame. |
