| 摘 要： | 分析了榆林市杨伙盘煤矿综采工作面刮板输送机紧链马达很快磨损的原因,通过对刮板输送机运行中的受力分析,得到了紧链马达在紧链过程中承受着很大力矩,以及马达在工作过程中工作介质使用乳化液对马达造成润滑不良并很快磨损不能继续使用的分析结果,针对这些种情况,采取了更换工作介质、增加背压阀等措施使马达的工作环境得到了很大改善,使用寿命得到很大提高。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the quickly wear reasons of scraper conveyor tight chain motor in Yulin Yanghuopan coal mechanized mining face,according to the scraper conveyor running in the stress analysis,has been tight chain motor chain in the processunder tight a considerable torque,and motor work in the course of using the emulsion of medium motor wear and tear caused by poor lubrication and soon can not continue to use the analysis for these kinds of situations we have adopted the replacement media,and other measures toincrease the back pressure valve motor work environmenthas been greatly improved,life has been greatly improved. |
