摘    要:针对当前井下低压电网常见电流故障的保护问题,利用时序鉴别、相敏检测等原理,采用大规模可编程逻辑器件FPGA作为控制核心,以CAN总线作为通信方式设计了一套用于识别异步电动机和三相短路电流的相敏保护方案、用于识别非对称故障的负序保护和用于单相漏电识别的漏电保护方案,并利用QUARTUSII等软件对硬件设计进行了仿真,验证了系统硬件设计的准确性与可靠性。弥补了以往保护系统的诸多不足,具有很高的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to figure out problem of current fault protection in low-voltage mining power network,principle of time sequence identification and phase sensitive detection were used to solve those problems,large scale programming logic device FPGA was used as cybernetics core,arithmetic element,and controller Area Network(CAN) as communication mode to design a set of phase sensitive protection solutions which is used to distinguish starting current of asynchronous motor and three-phase short-circuit current and scheme of negative sequence protection and scheme of leakage protection used to distinguish single-phase leakage,veracity and reliability of this protection system are verified by QUARTUSII.System make up of deficiency of previous protection system,has higher application value.
