基于工业以太网的多水平泵房自动化的实现

摘    要:针对某矿泵房自动化的要求,分别利用西门子S7-300的PLC及相关模块、CP343-1以太网模块、工业以太网交换机、带网络接口的触摸屏、隔爆电动执行阀门等组成了基于工业以太网双环网的控制系统,搭建了多水平泵房的集中控制平台,实现了-430中央泵房、十采区泵房、七采区泵房泵的自动化集中控制。在该平台下,系统3个水平泵房的排水与水仓水位及排水管路相互闭锁。该系统现己投人运行,具有稳定性高、节省人力资源和电力资源等优点。

Abstract:According to requirements of automated pumping station,it is assembled optical fiber ring by using Siemens PLC S7-300 and related modules,CP343-1 Ethernet module,Industrial Ethernet exchanger,touch screen with network interface,as well as electric actuator valve.It builds up centralized-control platform of multilevel pump station,implements centralized-control of-430 centre pumping and ten mine section as well as seven mine section,in the multilevel pumping station system,drainage,water level,and drain line interlocks and associates each other.The system has now invested operation,and possesses high stability,saving power resources,human resources benefits.
