液压支架立柱压板系统设计

摘    要:针对液压支架使用工况,设计了立柱压板系统,根据液压支架最高、最低2个极限位置设计出了立柱压板的外形结构,并对立柱压板及其铰接销轴受力进行理论计算和强度分析,确定了立柱压板和铰接销轴的安全系数,进而有效地防止立柱发生轴向旋转、脱离底座柱窝。

Abstract:Base on the hydraulic support of the working conditions,design the pressure plate’s system.According to the highest and the lowest utmost plates,design the pressure plate’s shape.Made theoretical calculation and analysis the strength of the pressure plate and the hinged pin shaft.Ensure its safety factor.And effectively avoid taking place axial circumvolve on the column,and falling off the column nest of the base.
