电机安全运行监控系统设计

摘    要:电机作为现代生产的重要设备,在工业生产中起到关键性作用。为了对电机运行状况进行监控,设计了拖动系统的转速监视系统,系统通过下位机(STM32 ARM)实时采集提升机转速,并将转速信息发送到监控室微机,在超速情况下能够实现拖动系统的自动停车;系统经运行测试监视界面友好,大大提高拖动系统的安全性。

Abstract:As an important equipment in modern production,electrical machine plays an important role in industry production.Speed monitoring system of drive system is designed to monitor motor running condition,lower controller(STM32 ARM) of system collect real-time speed data and send data to PC in control room which can stop motor of drive system in excessive speed condition.The system has a friendly surveillance interface in operation testing,greatly improving security of drive system.
