机载单臂式锚杆钻机钻臂升降装置优化设计

摘    要:通过机载单臂式锚杆钻机钻臂的受力分析,当钻臂升降油缸上铰接点位于伸缩梁内梁与外梁的重叠位置时,钻臂在工作过程中所受到的正应力最小。同时,通过钻臂升降油缸工作尺寸和受力分析,给出了升降油缸工作行程及缸径的确定方法,为钻臂升降油缸的选型计算提供了理论依据。

Abstract:With stress analysis of the drilling arm of the airborne single-boom jumbolter,the normal stress of the expansion beam was least during the working course when the pin joint was located at the lap position of inner beam and outer beam.At the same time,with the working dimension and stress analysis of the hoist cylinder,the means of calculating the working stroke and the cylinder diameter of the hoist cylinder was put forward which was the lectotype laws of the hoist cylinder.
