矿井提升机变频节能运行实验系统设计

摘    要:设计了一套矿井提升机变频节能运行系统,此系统由提升机、数据采集卡、变频器、RS232-485转换器和上位计算机监控程序组成,实现了矿井提升机节能运行及远程监控。系统采用变频调速及上位机精确控制等措施,与传统的电机转子串电阻调速方式相比,有效降低了能耗。实际测算节能约20%。

Abstract:A kind of mine hoist energy-saving operation system was designed.This system consists of mine hoist,data acquisition card,RS232/485 converter,computer and monitoring program.The mine hoist running in energy-saving mode and remote monitoring was realized.This system uses frequency conversion velocity modulation and PC precise control,compared with traditional motor rotor series resistance speed effective way to reduce energy consumption.Actual measured saving energy of about 20%.
