液压支柱再制造性研究

摘    要:再制造是废旧产品资源再循环的最佳形式,是实现循环经济发展模式的重要技术途径。再制造性决定着液压支柱再制造的可行性和经济性。确定了液压支柱再制造性的构成要素,构建了液压支柱再制造性分析模型与评价结构模型,提出了液压支柱再制造性评价内容与评价方法,分析了提高液压支柱再制造性的技术途径。

Abstract:Remanufacturing,as best form of recycling of waste product resources,is one of most important technical ways to achieve recycling economy development model.Remanufacturability decides feasibility and economy of hydraulic prop remanufacturing.This paper determines constitution of hydraulic prop remanufacturability,sets up analysis model and assessment model for remanufacturability of hydraulic prop,brings about contents of evaluation and evaluation methods to remanufacturability of hydraulic prop and analyzes technical ways to improve remanufacturability of hydraulic prop.
