矿用自卸车电动轮冷却系统研究

摘    要:新型铰接式矿用自卸汽车的驱动电动机采用定子外水冷系统进行冷却。为了对比轴向和周向2种冷却结构的散热效果,针对这2种冷却水套结构,进行散热性能的热力计算,并利用有限元法对温度场及流场进行模拟。最后对样机进行温升实验,表明周向水冷系统可有效地带走电动机产生的热量,传热模型可以有效地反应实际传热过程。

Abstract:The driven motor of mining articulated dump truck is cooled by water cooling system outside stator.To compare cooling performance of axial and circumferential water jackets,thermodynamic calculations are carried out and finite element method is used to simulate temperature and flow field distribution of cooling system.At last,temperature rise test is carried out on prototype.It is clear that circumferential water cooling system could take away heat from motor effectively and heat transfer model could be a real and effective response to actual heat transfer process.
