| 摘 要： | 针对重尾绳塔式提升系统的特点,研究出一种井口收绳的机械式首绳快速换绳装置,利用重尾绳自重带新绳的方法,使之能够实现井口收旧绳,一切施工均可在井口完成,这种方法避免了以往换绳装置需要支罐和井底收绳的作业,能够实现塔式重尾绳提升系统提升钢丝绳的安全、快速的更换。

| Abstract: | Focus the view in the heavy tail rope system of the tower winder,and finally we get a new method by using the mechanical head rope swift replacement equipment and by the usage of the gravity of the heavy tail rope,we can reel the old rope in the wellhead easily.The new approach avoid the former swift replacement equipment has to hold the cage when replace the head rope,otherwise the new method can make the replacement of the tower winder’s head rope safely and quickly. |
