CAN-BUS在基于ARM的矿用水泵电机控制系统中的应用

摘    要:提出了CAN总线在井下水泵电机控制系统中的应用,CAN-BUS的分布式控制和实时控制特点较之目前许多RS485基于R线构建的分布式控制系统拥有明显优势。ARM微处理器对各个水泵电机分站进行实时控制,将水泵电机的各项数据参数进行采集,通过CAN总线传输到井上工作人员,接收监控中心的通信控制,从而提高了效率,为整个系统的安全通信打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:This paper puts forward the CAN BUS in underground water pump motor control system,the application of CAN-BUS distributed control and real-time control is obviously more advantages than the RS485 based on the characteristics of building up the line R distributed control system.The ARM microprocessor for each pump motor RACES of real time control will collect the data of acquisition parameters through the CAN bus to the workers,transmission of receiving the monitoring center,and good communication control promote efficiency.The whole system’s security communication have been laid a good foundation.
