井下履带式应急排水车传动系统的理论分析

摘    要:井下履带式应急排水车具有流量大、响应迅速、机动性能好、复杂道路通过性好等特点,适用于井下突发涌水的紧急排水工程。该车采用液压机械式双流传动系统,功率由2套静液压系统分流进入变速装置,经动力差速式转向机构进行功率汇合,能够实现履带车辆的无级行走和无级转向。动力差速式转向机构具有降速增扭作用,转向时实现一侧扭矩增大而另一侧扭矩等量减小。

Abstract:The underground track type emergency drainage vehicle with flow,quick response,good maneuvering performance,complex road through the characteristics of a good,suitable for the underground flooding emergency drainage engineering.The car uses a hydraulic mechanical transmission system,power is composed of two sets of hydrostatic system shunt transmission device,the power differential steering mechanism of tracked vehicle power confluence,can realize stepless walking and stepless steering.Power differential steering mechanism has a lower speed increasing torsional effect,steering is achieved when the side torque increase and the other side torque amount reduction.
