基于ABAQUS模拟镐形截齿截割脆性煤岩

摘    要:根据镐形截齿截割煤岩工况,利用ABAQUS软件的动力学显式有限元方法对镐形截齿的动态截割煤岩过程进行了数值模拟。动态模拟分析了镐形截齿在截割煤岩过程中的应力分布、三向力、煤岩应力场及其断裂路径等。模拟结果表明镐形截齿的应力及三向力突变主要与块状煤岩的脆性崩裂有关,截割面的块状煤岩崩裂路径与水平面夹角近似30°,与截割方向垂直平面的煤岩破裂路径呈抛物线形。

Abstract:According to working conditions of conical pick,the paper has simulated coal cutting process of conical pick by dynamic explicit finite element method with ABAQUS.The dynamic simulation analyzed stress distribution and X,Y,Z force of conical pick,also included stress field and fracture path of coal.Simulation results show that stress and forces sudden change of conical pick are because of massive coal brittle cracking,the angle between coal breaking path in cutting surface and horizontal is approximately 30°,coal breaking path is parabola in plane which is vertical with cutting direction.
