| 摘 要： | 基于松软煤突出煤层中钻瓦斯抽放孔的施工特点和钻机已有配套钻杆特点的分析,设计了一种新型椭圆钻杆,并从该型号钻杆设计的理论基础、材料选择及传递的扭矩校核进行了探讨和计算。通过在松软突出煤层中打钻试验结果表明,该型号椭圆钻杆提高了钻机在松软突出煤层中成孔深度、成孔率及钻进效率,并为瓦斯抽放钻机增添了一种配套钻杆。

| Abstract: | Based on construction characteristics of gas extraction holein soft and outburst seam and analysis of characteristics of self-containded drill rod of boring machine,this paper designs a new oval drill rod and does computation on theoretic base of design,material choice and checking transmitted torque.The result of experimengtation of drilling in soft and outburst seam hows that,new oval dill rod improves drilling depth,porosity and drilling efficiency,and adds a new drill rod for gas extraction drilling rig. |
