煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车再生制动建模与仿真

摘    要:以永磁直流电机为研究对象,进行了煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车再生制动主回路设计,以二象限型DC-DC直流斩波器为结构,建立了完整的再生制动数学模型,并进行了再生制动过程中蓄电池充电电流和电机电枢电流的仿真研究,仿真结果表明,再生制动过程中可以产生很大的电机电枢电流和蓄电池充电电流,可回收能量,提高煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车的续驶里程。

Abstract:The main circuit of regenerative braking for coal mine trackless rubber tire electric vehicle is designed based on permanent magnet DC motor.The complete mathematical model of regenerative braking is built with two quadrant DC-DC type DC chopper structure.Then study battery charging current and motor armature current by simulation during regenerative braking.Simulation results show that regenerative braking can result in significant motor armature current and the battery charging current,save energy,improve driving range of coal mine trackless rubber tire electric vehicle.
