基于FP1-C40的稀油润滑站电控系统改造

摘    要:针对继电器-接触器控制系统元件多、线路杂、故障率高等特点,提出了基于现有松下FP1-C40 PLC的稀油润滑站电控系统改造方案,增强了系统安全联锁、自动控制和报警等功能。实践表明,该方案改造周期短、成本低,故障率降低53.33%。

Abstract:A electric system reform scheme based on Panasonic FP1-C40 PLC is proposed in this paper,according that relay-contactor control system has too many components,complex circuit and high failure rate characteristic.The reform scheme enhances the safety interlocking,automatic control and alarm functions of thin oil lubrication station.The practice shows that this reform scheme has short cycle,low cost advantages,and failure rate reduced 53.33% significantly.
