煤矿井下电气设备隔爆性能研究和设计

摘    要:隔爆型作为一种常用的防爆技术,由于该方法具有防爆效果好、技术实现容易、成本低等优点而广泛应用于井下电气设备的安全保护。通过研究电气设备的隔爆性能,设计了KBL-60/1140型矿用隔爆型履带钻机控制器壳体,并利用水压试验对隔爆壳体的机械强度进行校核。研究结果表明:KBL-60/1140型控制器隔爆壳体达到了设计要求,具有可靠的防爆性能。

Abstract:Because of good explosion protection performance,easy technology and low cost,flameproof,one kind of common explosion-proof technology,has been widely used in coal mine to protect electrical apparatus.Basis on research of explosion isolation performance of electrical apparatus,flameproof crawler rig controller shell of KBL-60/1140 is designed.Furthermore,water pressure tests are used to check mechanical strength of enclosure.The results show that strength of enclosure meets design requirements.
