| 摘 要： | 在分析门架式桅杆起重机工作原理的基础上,运用SolidWorks软件对门架式桅杆起重机进行三维实体建模及装配,并将模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对桅杆起重机的主门架进行了分析,验证了设计的合理性,确保所设计的机械结构能够达到使用要求,为优化设计整机的结构提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the work principle of gantry mast grane,the 3D solid model is made and assembled by SolidWorks,and then the model is imported into the finite soft ANSYS.This paper analyses main part of gantry mast crane,which verify the structural design is reasonable and reliable.The analysis provides elements for the whole structure. |
