防爆胶轮车制动系统冲击问题的研究

摘    要:针对某型号防爆胶轮车在矿区使用情况,该车在制动时,点刹过于灵敏,制动冲击较大,舒适性差,同时导致传动轴、液力变矩器、变速箱和驱动桥等传动元部件频繁损坏。通过对全液压制动系统重新分析,对制动阀和制动器重新匹配,利用非接触式多功能速度仪进行制动性能试验,试验结果与分析计算结果基本符合,成功解决了制动冲击的问题。

Abstract:A model for explosion-proof rubber tire vehicle use in mining situation,the car when braking,pumping too sensitive,braking impact of large,poor comfort,which leads to drive shaft,torque converter,transmission and drive transmission component parts often damaged bridges.Hydraulic brake system by re-analysis of brake and brakes have been re-match,using non-contact instrument for multi-speed braking performance test,performance test results and analysis and calculation results are consistent with successful solution of system dynamic impact problems.
