| 摘 要： | 针对齿轮淬火压床原控制系统老化、故障难以检测及油温控制不稳定等问题。采用PLC及触摸屏对其控制系统进行改造。提出用变频器调节冷却电机转速来控制淬火油温,并配备机械手,提高了设备自动化程度。经改造该压床具有良好的人机交互功能、自动化程度高等特点。实际运行情况良好。

| Abstract: | In view of problem that original control system aging,fault detection is difficult and oil temperature control is unsteady for gear hardening press.Using PLC and touch screen to reform control system.Proposed with frequency converter to adjust cooling motor speed which to control quenching oil temperature,and equipped with manipulator,improved equipment automation level.Modification of pressure bed has characteristics of good human-machine interaction function,a high degree of automation and so on.Actual operation is in good condition. |
