| 摘 要： | 在现有涤纶FDY12头纺设备上，通过对纺丝组件、侧吹风、卷绕机等设备改造，和对纺丝及卷绕工艺研究及优化，成功实现了18头纺稳态纺丝，提高了生产效率，增加了经济效益，为企业技术革新提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the exist polyester FDY 12 ends spinning equipments,through the modification of spinning pack,cross air flow and winding machine,by the research and optimization of spinning and winding process,the 18 ends steady spinning was realized successfully.The production efficiency and economic benefit was increased.A new way was provided for the enterprise technical innovation. |
