| 摘 要： | 研制了热锻模堆焊系列专用焊条。该焊条堆焊工艺简单，不需预热和缓冷，堆焊金属焊态能顺利进行机械加工，加工后不需淬火，回火（时效）即能满足热锻模性能要求。用研制的焊条修复和制造的热锻模比原8Cr3和3Cr2W8模具的使用寿命成倍提高。

| Abstract: | special surfacing electrode for hot forging die was developed. Surfacing procedure was simple, and did not need preheat and slowly cold after welding using the electrode. Weld metal in welding state could be worked by mechanism method. Without quench and temple after mechancal working, the performance of joint could satisfied the requirement of hot forging die. Service life of hot forging die by welding and repairing could doubly rise as compared with 8Cr3 and Cr2W8 die. |
