| 摘 要： | 本文采用Mesh-Tree两级层次结构作为P／G网布线拓扑结构，并提出了一个对于该结构的线宽优化方法，使超大型P／G网的布线优化速度大大提高。

| Abstract: | A two-level hierarchical P/G network structure model is presented as an overlying mesh with underlying trees originating from the mesh, that is, a topology with a global mesh feeding local trees. Based on this proposed structure, a wire-width optimization approach is also developed. |
