摘    要:针对现有拆卸模型存在的诸多不足,提出了一种基于多色集理论的产品拆卸模型.该模型中,基于多色集理论定义了零件单元连通性的概念和可拆卸性的概念,并分别设计了连通零件单元生成算法和可拆卸性判断算法.应用连通零件单元生成算法直接生成连通的零件单元,避免了在拆卸过程规划中许多非连通单元的干扰;利用可拆卸性判断算法对生成的连通单元进行筛选,剔除其中不合理的零件单元.在此基础上,建立基于多色集理论产品拆卸模型,以零件所受累计约束数的大小规划产品的拆卸序列,并构建了多色集递阶结构图表达产品的拆卸过程及拆卸序列.

Abstract:In view of shortcomings of existing product disassembly models,a new disassembly model based on polychromatic sets theory was presented.In this model,notions of connectivity and disassembling of part units were respectively defined based on polychromatic sets theory,and corresponding generation and judging algorithm of disassembling of connective part units were designed.Connective part units were generated directly by applying generation algorithm,thus avoided disturbance of many non-connective ones.A number of illogical part units were eliminated by applying judging algorithm of disassembling to sieve from connective part units.Upon above basis,possible displacement models of parts were set up based on polychromatic sets and disassembling sequence were planned according to the cumulative number of constrains received of parts.Finally,the hierarchical graph was employed to express disassembly process and disassembly sequences.
