| 摘 要： | 采用常规方法对水平井进行冲砂作业,风险高,且冲砂效果不好。通过对冲砂机理理论研究,配套了连续油管旋转冲砂工艺管柱。经室内试验和现场作业证明：连续油管旋转冲砂技术解决了小排量地面设备在水平井段的冲砂难题;实现了水力自进、限速旋转、紊流携砂、深层解堵功能,解决了水平井冲砂作业沉砂、携砂、钻压传递、砂堵管柱的技术难题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
