基于Simulation的斜齿圆柱齿轮齿根应力分析

摘    要:在SolidWorks软件环境中对斜齿圆柱齿轮三维实体的建模是一个难题,采用理论公式计算斜齿轮齿根应力的过程比较繁琐。组合使用CAXA软件和SolidWorks软件可以快速准确地完成斜齿轮的三维实体建模,运用SolidWorks软件中的Simulation插件可对斜齿轮齿根弯曲应力进行有限元分析。这是一种先进的CAD/CAE设计方法,它可以在设计阶段模拟齿轮的工作状态,发现设计中的缺陷,并予以修改,对斜齿轮强度设计具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:Three-dimensional solid modeling of helical gear is a difficult problem to establish in environment of SolidWorks software,and the process of helical gear tooth root stress calculation is more cumbersome.The 3-D solid modeling of helical gear can be completed quickly and accurately by the combination using of both SolidWorks and CAXA,and the finite element analysis of helical gear's tooth root bending stress can be carried on using the Simulation plug-in unit of SolidWorks.This is an advanced CAD/CAE design...
