| 摘 要： | 抽油杆失效部位主要集中在外螺纹、螺纹卸荷槽、扳手方颈、焊口和杆体与接头过渡位置,抽油杆失效部位与其结构形式和制造工艺有关。介绍了抽油杆失效分析的基本程序,对其常见失效部位及原因进行了分析,目的是明确失效原因,有针对性地采取措施,降低抽油杆失效率,避免或减少早期失效。
