| 摘 要： | 较为全面地分析了引起成品油储罐底板内外侧腐蚀的各种因素,指出成品油储罐底板外侧腐蚀的主要因素有:局部积水氧浓差电池腐蚀、沥青砂基础中含有块石或硬质尖锐物对底板作用形成的应力差电池腐蚀和底板材质缺陷等;底板内侧腐蚀的主要原因有:底部作业引起的点触与冲蚀,焊接热应力引起的原电池腐蚀和静电作用引起的腐蚀等。通过分析储罐底板内外侧腐蚀的成因,可促进成品油储罐的完整性管理。
