石油钻机绞车控制系统的改进与测试

摘    要:针对原ZJ50LDB型钻机绞车气控系统控制气路长,造成离合器进、排气严重滞后,延迟离合器抱合和分离的问题。结合实际使用情况,将绞车滚筒高、低速气控系统改进为电控,并在司钻操作手柄处安装了绞车滚筒高、低速指示灯,彻底解决了离合器进、排气严重滞后的难题,消除了安全隐患。现场测试结果表明:该系统工作状态良好,操作方便,维修保养简单,安全性能好。
