轴流导叶式水力旋流器井下油水分离系统方案设计

摘    要:针对目前井下油水分离系统中存在的问题,设计了一种轴流导叶式水力旋流器与有杆泵组合的井下油水分离系统,并对其工作原理和结构特点进行了分析。与采用切入式水力旋流器的常规井下油水分离系统相比,该系统具有能耗低、结构紧凑、径向尺寸小等特点。

Abstract:A downhole oil-water separation system with an axial-flow guide vane type hydrocyclone and rod pump was designed to solve the current problems,and its working principle and structure characteristics were analyzed.Compared with conventional downhole oil-water separation system of a tangential inlet hydrocyclone,the system has low energy loss,compact structure,small radial size and other characteristics.
