塔里木油田油水井套损规律及对策

摘    要:基于对塔里木油田套损现状与规律的分析研究,认为造成油田油水井套损的因素主要有6个方面:①套管外存在塑性地层或高渗透地层;⑦井身结构不合理;⑦钻井设计水泥返高不够或固井质量不合格;④套管分级箍存在质量问题(主要是新井);⑤套管腐蚀、作业磨损以及特殊施工对套管造成损坏,使之抗外挤能力下降;⑥开发方式不合理.针对油田套损现状和分布规律,制定多学科协作的套损井综合"防"、"诊"、"治"对策,对于已发生套损的井,采取井下作业坐封打压、工程测井、静温梯度法3种技术综合找漏,找漏结果统计表明,1998-2009年,已有71口油水井发生套损,确认套损点87个.在精确定位套损部位后,择优选取挤水泥、下封隔器,下胀管补贴等措施补漏,对已发生套损的57口井实施了补漏,有46口井恢复了生产,有效率达80.70%.
