| 摘 要： | 基于工作流、数据交换等技术手段,提出了有色、贵金属矿山企业管控一体化技术实施方案。以乌山铜钼矿管控一体化技术实施为工程背景,介绍了管控一体化系统结构、系统设计及系统特点。管控一体化技术在乌山铜钼矿实施后,提高了选矿生产过程自动化水平,实现了生产连续、稳定、高效运行,达到了节能降耗、降本增效的目的。

| Abstract: | An integrated management and control system based on workflow and data exchange is put forward for non-ferrous and precious metals mining companies.Taking the implementation of management and control system in Wushan copper molybdenum mine as engineering background,the paper introduces the structure,design and characteristics of the system.With the integrated system,the process automation level is improved,realizing continuous,stable and efficient functioning of production,and achieving the goal of low consumption and cost while high rate of return. |
