循环回水余热的有效利用

摘    要:液氨加热器改造前使用低压蒸汽作为加热热源,操作控制困难.改用循环回水作为加热热源后,不但节约低压蒸汽5.5 t/h,而且便于操作控制,同时降低了循环水的温度.此项改造应用于中石油兰州石化公司化肥厂液氨罐区,增效显著.

Abstract:It is difficult to operate using low-pressure steam as the heat source before liquid ammonia heater is revamped. After the revamp, circulating water is used as the heat source, not only is 5.5 t/h low pressure steam saved, but also the operation is convenient and meanwhile the circulating temperature is decreased. The revamp is applied to the liquid ammonia tank zone of the chemical fertilizer plant, with obvious economic results.
