三维编织复合材料平均刚度的研究

摘    要:研究了三维编织复合材料的细观结构,建立了局部剖切模型,模型较好地表征了编织预形件及其复合材料的细观结构。由于复合模压会改变复合材料的细观结构,从而使编织角发生变化,这一变化会直接影响到复合材料的刚度计算。运用所建模型并考虑单元体积比例因子,以加权法算出复合材料的平均刚度,数值结果与拉伸试验数据较吻合,可运用于工程计算。

Abstract:The microstructure and mean stiffness of 3D braided composites were studied. With a local-cut model established,the internal structure of 3D braided performs and composites was well shown. The braid angle was supposed to change in the process of moulding,and this change would influence the microstiffness of 3D braided composites.
