摘    要:通过选择适合的烟气分析仪,利用烟气分析技术,进行玻璃窑炉的烟气以及残氧量分析。根据分析结果选择适合的氧燃比,调整燃料燃烧效率,查找最佳燃烧状态。该分析方法的研究能有效地评价窑炉的燃烧状态,合理调节窑炉热工参数,促进窑炉节能减排工作。

Abstract:Flue gas and residual oxygen from glass furnaces were analyzed using suitable flue gas analyzer. Based on the results, appropriate oxygen/fuel ratio was selected to adjust the combustion efficiency of fuel and optimize the combustion. The research on this analysis allows for efficient evaluation of the combustion state in the furnaces and reasonable adjustment of their thermal process parameters so as to improve energy saving and emission reduction.
