摘    要:设计了无碱玻纤配方降低B2O3并添加TiO2、MgO和ZnO的调整方案,用计算机软件模拟计算了每个方案玻璃的物理性能,并与原配方进行比较得出最佳配方调整方案。玻纤配方中的硼含量由7.5%降低至3%后,其物理性能发生变化,以特定比例添加TiO2、MgO和ZnO后可以有效调整玻纤的物理性能,达到正常生产的要求。

Abstract:Adjusting plans for reducing B2O3 and adding TiO2,MgO and ZnO in non-alkali fiberglass are designed. The physical properties of fiberglass in every plan are calculated by computer software,which results in a best adjusting plan. After reducing the content of B2O3 in fiberglass from 7.5% to 3%,changes of the physical properties take place. When TiO2,MgO and ZnO are added by given percentage,the physical properties can be well adjusted to meet the requirements of normal production.
