Abstract:Video conference is the typical application of video transmission technology.With the development of video compression coding technology and transmission technology,video conference system provides clearer picture and sound with lower bandwidth.After summarizing the development of video conference system,this paper introduces the construction and development of SGCC′s video conference system.It further elaborates the planning objectives of SGCC′s video conference system during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,analyses and compares the technical policies,and finally predicts the application prospects.
