两条转子钢疲劳曲线的比较分析研究

摘    要:对汽轮机寿命管理中常用的两条转子钢疲劳特性曲线,即原苏联的P2M曲线和西安热工研究所的30Cr2MoV钢曲线进行了比较及研究,在考虑转子长期服役后材料性能蜕化的基础上,对这两条曲线进行了硬度修正,比较分析结果表明,两条曲线基本一致。这一发现对汽轮机转子的疲劳设计和寿命管理将会产生重大影响。

Abstract:The present paper has systematically studied P 2M and 30Cr2MoV curves, which are common fatigue property curves used in life management for steam turbine. Based on consideration of material degradation for steam turbine rotors, these two fatigue curves has been revised by hardness. It can be seen that they are basically the same. This conclusion will certainly have a great effect on the fatigue design and life management for steam turbine rotors.
