| Abstract: | This paper presents a mathematical analysis which facilitates the calculation of voltages and currents in controlled double-circuit type transmission lines. In addition the active and reactive powers at both ends of the controlled as well as the ordinary transmission lines are computed. In the investigation the effect of the phase shift between the two voltage systems of the two circuits of the controlled line is considered. |
