柴油机排气微粒中有机可溶成分的分离与定性分析

摘    要:本文采用索式萃取法及柱层析法,分离了柴油机排气微粒中的有机可溶成分(SOF),并利用色谱-质谱联用技术对柴油及有机可溶成分中的饱和链烃和多环芳香烃(PAH)进行了定性分析。此外,还讨论了排气微粒中有机成分的来源。

Abstract:In this paper, soluble organics in diesel exhaust particulates were Soxhlet Extracted with methylene chloride and benzene, and the extracts were separated by silica gel column chromatography. The benzene eluates and methylene chloride extracts were analyzed by GC/MS. In comparison with standard mass spectra, a lot of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic compounds were identified.
